The service rests on two things that make it work: defined routes with verifiable checkpoints, and deliberately variable timings, because a predictable patrol is a patrol that can be worked around.
What the officer checks on each round
The integrity of doors, shutters, windows and fencing; the presence of unauthorised people or vehicles; lighting and alarm systems; signs of forced entry or tampering; technical anomalies such as water leaks, early-stage fires and open electrical panels. Much of the damage we prevent is not caused by crime, but by a fault found in time.
Proof of each visit
Every checkpoint is recorded with a digital scan, date and time: you receive a report proving the round actually happened, with photographs of any anomalies. It is the simplest way to know you are paying for a service that is genuinely delivered.
Alarm response
Patrols can be combined with alarm response: when the control room receives a signal from your system, the nearest officer reaches the site, verifies the situation, documents it and — where required — immediately calls the police, remaining on site to provide access and information.
Patrols work well outside industrial settings too: in residential complexes, villas with grounds and second homes they are often the best balance between cover and cost. The dedicated service is residential security for villas and apartment blocks. Where a site needs a continuous presence instead, the reference service is unarmed static guarding.
