Our story
A deliberate choice: unarmed security, done properly
Lion Security is a private security company based in Brescia, operating across the whole of Italy and throughout Europe. The principle we start from never changes: know the site you protect before proposing a service.
We do not provide armed guarding, and that is not a limitation — it is a deliberate choice. In the vast majority of contexts — offices, construction sites, shops, events, healthcare facilities, private homes — effective security is built on presence, observation, procedure and the ability to quickly involve those with the power to intervene.
Today we field more than 225 trained security officers, all directly and properly employed: a structure that lets us cover permanent posts, event peaks and assignments in other regions or abroad without subcontracting the service to third parties.
Every officer starting a shift receives written instructions specific to your site: what to check, when, with which alert thresholds and who to call. That is why we can demonstrate delivery shift by shift, instead of asking you to take it on trust.

Unarmed services only
No weapons on duty. We prevent through presence and procedure, and involve the police when the situation requires it.
Police liaison
Our officers are trained to document and report: when the patrol arrives, it finds useful information and a preserved scene.

Event staff
Crowd-control staff at entertainment events operate under Ministerial Decree of 6 October 2009: trained, registered on the list held by the Prefecture, and unarmed.
Data protection
Visitor registers, CCTV systems and access control are configured in line with the GDPR and, where they affect employees, with Article 4 of the Italian Workers' Statute.
Employment
Our staff are directly employed under the applicable national collective agreement: no opaque outsourcing, no disguised self-employment.
Insurance
Public liability cover for all services delivered, with limits stated in the contract.
